Looking for a unique night out? This course is perfect for people seeking a unique experience in the kitchen or even a creative date night. Students will work together in the kitchen to replicate dishes served at the RLC Culinary Arts Showcase Dinner. Dinner will include an appetizer, entrée, and dessert.

Learn the basic processes and techniques of cooking Italian food. 

We will prepare fresh pasta, a fresh tomato sauce, alfredo sauce, and a traditional Italian salad with house made dressing.

Bring a friend or come alone to enjoy a unique night out!

Cost: $15 plus a $30 supply fee paid to the instructor.

 Barre is a low-impact workout that will have you sweating and toning your entire body. Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water.

Learn to create food art with charcuterie boards! In this class you will discuss how to pair meats, cheeses, nuts, and fruits to create your own charcuterie board.
